Festibowl is an all-ages, all-abilities skateboard event during the Ballard Music & Seafoodfest! This year’s event is Saturday, July 11th, 2026, from 11 AM-8 PM at Ballard Commons Park. The event showcases organized skateboarding in a positive environment and highlights the unique attributes of the sport.

Festibowl started in 2014, taking advantage of the existing skateboard features of Ballard Commons Park and adding more kid-friendly activities during the Ballard Music & Seafoodfest. Much like skateboarding, Festibowl is meant to be inclusive for all who come. Whether learning the first turns or mastering bowl tricks, all are welcome to enjoy.

Festibowl Elements include:

  • 1:00 PM: Sunny Hill Sidewalk Slalom Contest

  • 2:45 PM: Tactics Tic Tac Race

  • 4:15 PM: 12 & Under Bowl Jam

  • 5:45 PM: Sonic Boom 360 Contest

  • 6:00 PM: Women’s Bowl Competition

  • 7:15 PM: Open Contest

This year’s bands include:

  • 2:00 – 2:45 PM: TBA

  • 3:30 – 4:15 PM: TBA

  • 5:00 – 5:45 PM: TBA

  • 6:30 – 7:15 PM: TBA
