Welcome to the Ballard SeafoodFest vendor application page! We are thrilled you are interested in becoming a vendor at our event. Please send us an email if you would like to be added to our 2025 application announcement. We will open the application 2025 festival application form on January 3, 2025. To be included in that announcement email share your contact information with us at will@ballardalliance.com.
The Vendor Market is open on Saturday and Sunday of the festival weekend only. Friday night’s celebration does not include vendors or food booths. Ballard SeafoodFest is a beloved Seattle tradition celebrating our community's love of seafood and local businesses. As a vendor, you’ll be able to showcase your products to thousands of attendees over two fun-filled days.
Next year’s event will take place in the heart of Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood on July 11 – 13, 2024, with an expected attendance of more than 70,000 people. We can’t wait to welcome back many familiar faces and make new connections this year!
Vendor applications for the 2024 festival are CLOSED and will open for the 2025 festival on Friday, January 3, 2025.
VENDOR DATES & TIMES
Arts, Crafts, Non-Profit, and Sponsor Vendor Hours:
Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 11 am – 8 pm
Sunday, July 13, 2025, from 11 am – 7 pm
Food Vendor Hours:
Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 11 am – 10 pm
Sunday, July 13, 2025, from 11 am – 7 pm
REGISTRATION DATES & TIMES
Early Bird Registration Period (cheapest fee): The registration deadline was February 16, 2024, at 3 pm PST
Standard Registration Period (standard fee): The registration deadline was April 26, 2024, at 3 pm PST
Late Registration Period (most expensive fee): The registration deadline was June 14, 2024, at 3 pm PST
PLEASE NOTE: All vendors will be juried; vendors not selected will be refunded their registration fee. ($35.00 Application fee is non-refundable).
